| Recent Review: | | Broken tennis court, laundry room, and kids playground.Many troubled teens who have quit school and wander apartments at all hours.Lots of tenants sitting on their little concrete decks swearing and drinking.Very unimpressive!!! |

| Recent Review: | | Anyone working in the Charleston area, get ready for the traffic and the experience of Ladson Rd. Apartments are nice, but you will pay....FOR EVERYTHING. Water, sewer, trash, and of course electric, phone, etc. Parking is horrible. Tenants seem kind of snobby. I expected more for my money. I wish I would of looked around more before committing to this place. Good luck. |

| Recent Review: | | My apartment is perfectly home..I love the details in the construction work...the floor plan of the apartment is gorgeous...the management team are very family oriented..always willing to listen and help...where can you find included in your rental access to a gym, computers, club house with a pool table, bar, swimming pool, barbeque grill and too many more to mention....VISTA SANDS is the place to be for a family atmosphere.....Perfect!!!! Perfect!!!!!! |
