| Recent Review: | | Hope you don't want to grill out, because you can't.But what really bothered me is that there are probably 180 units (and another 250 or so across the street that are owned by the same company) and instead of being able to turn in your rent check on site, you have to mail it to Des Moines, IA.This is not just meant to be an inconvenience, it is so they can collect late fees--even when you're not late, just figuring you'll pay them and not dispute them.There are also odd plumbing noises in the walls, inadequate parking, heat comes and goes, etc.For your own sake, go somewhere else. |
