| Recent Review: | | Please, do not be fooled by the club house and anmenties. This is a #@$% hole. This apartment was the worst place I ever lived. The apartment managenemt is rude and crude. The appliances are terrible and don?t work. Their is no place to park and the garbage is always full. The surronding streets are prone to car accidents, people speed every day up and down the ajacent streets.After three months of our stay, the apatment above us had a broken water line. At 2:00am in the morning me and my wife woke up to a kitchen filled with water. Water in the light fixture and water all over the kitchen bar, my couch and floor. We called maintaince to come and see about the problem, it took over and hour for them to come out and we had to go to work the next morning. The maintaince people did a half #@% job repairing the apartment. They didn?t replace the padding in the carpet, the water was still leaking around the crown molding and ceiling and there was a fowl odor that stayed. My neighbor down stairs got most of the damage. Water leaked on his TV and computer, but managament never compensated for the damages. Managament didn?t clean up the mess, and when we moved out they tried to make us pay for the carpet and the rest of the damages. On top of that, there was a couple up stairs that had a two year old child that ran around the apartment all day and night that kept me and my wife up. We never got a good night of sleep. It teribble! please never live here. For this amount of money you can buy a house. |
