| Recent Review: | | The apartment management and name has changed and so did the respect and safety of the renters.Thefts of vehicles happen more often than needed.They leave abandoned apartments literally unlocked which is unsafe for people and pets.They do not respond or try to heed to the residents' concerns. On a scale of 1-10 the new staff gets a zero (0)! |

| Recent Review: | | High rent for you, low rent for those on section 8 housing plan.If you don't know what that means, it is subsidised housing, or government funded housing.The apartments are huge and the price would be acceptable if the neighborhood was decent.The office staff are completely incompetent.The neighborhood is loud and full of unrully kids.The speed limit is 25mph but no one ever drives less than 45mph. A 13 year old was arrested in front of my apartment for selling drugs.My roomate was stalked by a pervert as she laid out atthe pool.The community appears gated, but it backs openly to a shopping center and a neighborhood with zero lot lines.This place is not worth the money. |

| Recent Review: | | Where should I start....The day I moved in there was a huge mold spotin my closet, i lived there six months and they never fixed it. ruined all my clothes, made my apt smell. the mold was so infested in the walls that it started to grow on my bed room walls and in the kitchen!! The ducks are nasty...they crap everywhere and you are constantly findingone dead and it reaks out of this world. The trash is always over flowing. The staff, when i was complaining about my mold was rude, they claimed they would have fixed it the first time if i had told them, holy crap it was on my lease papers that it needed to be fixed!! I neverhad a problem with crime though. Alot of outside people would come use the pool at night and leave beer cans and bottles every where. |

| Recent Review: | | If you are a single female or a family with small children, do not move into these apartments.Although the rent is fairly cheap, in one year security has decreased (I've actually seen the security guys ASLEEP in their cars.), there have been break ins, pit bulls have been allowed to run loose, and trash is everywhere.Also, after maintenance came into my apartment, they left the door wide open.Finally, if you enjoy police action similar to what is on the program "Cops," move here; Lord knows, there's plenty of it. |
