| Recent Review: | | I have truly enjoyed my living experience at Carrington Hills.The maintenance team is quick.The office staff is always friendly and helpful.I would recommend this community to anyone who is looking for a home.Really the only problem at Carrington is parking.Parking is an issue in some areas on the weekends. |

| Recent Review: | | I live in a two bedroom apartment on the side next to the highway. These apartments were built almost on top of the highway! To make matters worse, you're surrounded by busy roads. Many times a day big heavy trucks come through the parking lot, making crashing noises when they run over the speed bumps. But whats worse is, from spring to fall, you are bombarded every few days from 7am until the afternoon from leaf blowers, hedge trimmers and the like. It is EXTREMELY LOUD. I know they need to keep the grounds clean and trimmed but they could be doing something else or not have plants instead of grass.These are shoddily put together apartments so you can hear your neighbors down stairs, next door, and outside even! When a neighbor takes a shower you can hear the water going through the pipes and it is very loud. For some apartments, air conditioners are grouped together about a foot away from bedroom windows. That is just cruel, you can't even open your bedroom window unless you want to be bombarded by four large noisy air conditioners. If you're never home during the day and never open your windows then these things probably won't be a problem for you. |

| Recent Review: | | At fist, I was extremely pleased with my living conditions at Southwind, but lately it has been quite the contrary.New managment has taken over, and this seems to be a problem.Landscaping is never tended to, grass is tall and bushes are dead.There are beer bottles in the yard along with cigarette packs left for days.The stairway lights are never working making it extremely dark at night.Maintenance issues can take up to 24 hours to be fixed.A neighbor told me their penalty for breaking a lease cost them $2500.There are a number of things that are now causing me to leave.I would not recommend this place with the other beautiful complexes available inside a two mile radius. |
