| Recent Review: | | I lived at 2 different apartments at the Colonnade.The first time around was fine other than miscommunication between me and the office staff.I personally talked to three different people in the office and all three would tell me something different.Close to the end of my lease we transfered to another apartment.I called 4 times about the major leak in the dining room window.Everytime it rained, I had a down poor.It ruined the drywall and around the window.I had to leave a towel in the window all the time.I talked to two different people.Both said they would get fixed.I left two messages on the maintenance line. Nothing. So I gave up.Who cares. I was moving out.We bought a house 2 months before our lease ran out.We understood that we would have to pay the full rent through the end of the lease.After talking to the office, they told us if we turned our keys in early before the the last month's rent was due they could get it cleaned and it would be available for anyone who might be looking for our apartment.Then we would not have to pay our last months rent because someone else would be moving in and starting a new lease.So we did what anyone would do...we busted our butt's to close on the house, paint, move in, and clean our apartment, and turn in the keys all in one weekend.We figured 3 weeks was plenty of time to get the apartment cleaned since they told us it would only take a week to do.After calling a few times to check in and see if anyone rented the apartment, I had a friend call in and ask for an apartment that was available ASAP just like our's.They said NO.She told them what she wanted and what floor she wanted.They said |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived here for 4 years and would not think about moving. We/ve had (like all apartment communities) our share of bad tennents, management, and managers but overall it's a great place to live. There was a shooting over a year ago between two residents that began as friends. It's sad that society resolves arguments with guns these days. Again, this kind of thing can happen where ever you are.I feel safe in the gated community to walk after dark with my 2 year old and would recomend this complex to anyone. |
