						Recent Review: This place really likes to screw you over.They never return any money when you over pay them and they make up false charges to take more money from you.then when you ask to see your file there are missing paperwork and they don't know what happened.it took 2 1/2 months to get any money back and we had to threatenlegal action because our lease stated2 weeks after the move out date.this place is begging for a lawsuit.

						Recent Review: Not much to choose from in Maryville, but try one of the other apartments in town.Very thin walls let you know what your neighbors are watching or listening to whether you care or not.Have lived in many apartment communities and this is by far the worst constructed.The lighting is very poor, but there really isn't any safety problems so far. There is also a lack of parking in the townhouses.The office staff is ok and the rent is fairly cheap.
