| Recent Review: | | Location is wonderful...but that's about all.The aptartments were not built to be energy efficient, beware the soaring electricity bills.Also, pests frequent the premises, beware the many mice.Pricey for the product, but within walking distance of Belmont University. |

| Recent Review: | | I have rented my apartment for two years and the office staff do a good job of maintaining the look of the apartment but very little for the rest.Lighting in the breezeways are terrible, parking is almost none existent especially on the week-ends.They did spruced up the laundry room and the washer and dryers are great but the equipment room sucks.If you live near the stairwell you can hear your neighbors going in and out.I like the fact that now you can pay your rent online. |

| Recent Review: | | place falling apart.maintenance not done right, have to wait to long and no one calls to let me know they haven't forgotten about me.tired of excessive noise, officer supposedly to patrol but hardly ever seem him/her especially at night/weekends when really noise/break ins bad.staff in office too loud, sometimes music blarring when you go in office, unprofessional.can't seem to talk with manager always too busy and doesn't return calls to discuss concerns.guess she doesn't care.belle valley needs major staff and maintenance changes and take care of place. |

| Recent Review: | | The apartments are big and beautiful, but don't be fooled.The management will tell you anything to get you to rent an apartment (in my experience, it was promises of parking in the nearby garages, pilates classes in the gym, and a fixed call-box out front --- that was well over 10 months ago).Once you are in, maintence of any part of the building is out of the question.The "security" doors here have been broken for well over 3 months, and there are constently unfilled promises of them being fixed whenever complaints are made.Several cars have been broken into in the parking lot over the last year, and it is a fairly routine occurence to find homeless searching through the dumpster in the parking lot.In the past year, plumbing problems have caused the water to be shut off for 4 days, and in order to get hot water, you must leave a faucet running for at least 15 (and cross your fingers).The maintence man is non-cooperative."Emergency" maintence is a joke.I have even been told that having the electricity not working except in one room does not warrant fixing before monday morning (on a friday evening).There have been several pest problems (mice, beetles, roaches, etc.).The so-called "pest-control" has never been seen.The office does not respond to complaints or even return phone calls and is completely disorganized (they still do not even have a complete record of who lives in my apartment).Due to all of these problems, there is a large turn around on tenants here.Also, there is a severe parking problem.I have often had to park blocks away late at night.The water here is not clean (you can barely see through it in a glass), and the lack of consistent hot water does not make for clean clothes in the laundry.It is a shame that such a beautiful building has been left in the hands of the existing management, and from what I have heard from tenants of their other buildings, it would be best to avoid the management company completely.There is a small, but nice work-out facility downstairs.However, you can find a much better place for the price, and for much cheaper in the the area. |

| Recent Review: | | The place is ancient and the buildings are rotten at their core. They put lipstick on the pig, enough to trick idiots like me. But underneath the fake hardwood and new carpet is a roach infested, creaking, cracking bunch of shacks. Management and maintenance try, but don't have a fighting chance to fix it all.This place sucks. They offer $350 for referrals - $100 more than anyplace I have stayed in the past. Why? This place sucks !!I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. |

| Recent Review: | | Things like to fall apart and allways need maintenance.If you have children, people drive to fast, reason being that there are no speed bumps.If you live toward the front, your vehicle is safe, toward the back it is dark and many cars have been broken into.They call it a gated community, but the gate allows as many cars to go through that wish to, and seems to be allways broken or off it's rails. |

| Recent Review: | | I have loved living in my apartment.Its not the most spacious or best laid out place, but its very good for its price.It only take 10 mins to get to downtown during morning rush hour.It is patrolled by Berry Hill police which makes it a very safe place.The people and management are very friendly and its absolutely beautiful on a sunny spring-summer-fall day.Only two minor complaints; being on the bottom floor, I occasionally had centipedes, and the windows allowed the passing train to be heard faintly, but nightly.But maintenance was always quick to fix anything I brought to their attention unlike a more expensive place in Nashville that I lived. |

| Recent Review: | | I live here currently.. It is awful! I have asked repeatedly for maintenence which has not been performed. I have asked verbally and on paper since October, and I am still waiting.I moved into this place because it was supposed to be a gated community, and it hasn't been one in over 3 months. I am still paying th price of one, though. |
