| Recent Review: |  | the staff in the office caters to the condo owners in the building. we have made several requests for things to be fixed that were just never responded to. office manager is EXTREMELY rude and unpleasant, and they enforce the rules for some tenants but not others, depending on if the office manager and head maintenance guy like you or not. big problem with homeless outside the building - despite the fact that it's supposed to be a secured building, doors are always being left open, and non-residents are constantly let into the building. the elevators are RIDICULOUSLY slow. parking situation is a joke - many residents don't pay for parking and park out front, despite repeated (but unenforced) threats from management to tow. supposed "gated" parking deck has had the gate broken off the whole year we've lived there. living downtown is nice, but this place just isn't worth it. |

| Recent Review: |  | Well, I have lived here for 5 years now. Since it first opened. Majority of people who live here are Elderly. It is a nice community however it does have really bad security problems.They tried to put up a gate for a while but that was destroyed. Possibly video cameras and a _real_ security gate with code on both entrance and exit would deter thieves and make our community better.We seem to have lots of car break-ins around holidays but other than that no real issues.Like every community you have your bad apples, but for the majority of it i've enjoyed living there.I just wish there was more closet space. Good points: Internet access for the community *cable speed* and the Staff is very friendly and helpful. |

| Recent Review: |  | This is a townhouse not an apartment in a brand-new complex.Bad points: Nice looking but not too well built.We have had cracks in the walls from the house settling and the pipes froze this winter multiple times.They have reinsulated: however, the utility bills are high and I think the house is not very well insulated period.Construction is going on all the time; maintenance is reliable but slow.We got the formica black counters: DON'T DO IT they are impossible to make look good, they always streak, and make the kitchen look dark.Good points: very nice pool, well maintained.Fitness room ok: needs TV.Has two treadmills, two bikes, and various weights.Besides pipes, house has had no major problems and is very nice looking and spacious.I live in a Hickory unit.Master is great, other two bedrooms are fine with walk-in closets but small bathrooms.Feel safe: workers are far away: Parking is ok right now, might get overcrowded later.Each unit has a one or two car garage.Prices range from $175-210,000, I believe.I would wait a few years before buying/renting here: I think then it will be nice. |

| Recent Review: |  | Elliston Quarters is in an excellent location for any Vandy student or young professional working downtown.Near work/school ... and near great music, food, and fun.The downside:The only windows are in the bedroom so the living room/kitchen can feel stuffy.Parking.While there is one spot per unit and street parking is usually abundant (esp on weekdays), the reserved spots are very, very small.Numerous times I was unable to park in my spot since the person next to me was over the line, and I can't tell you how many times I scratched my car on the pole next to my spot.The 1st floor parks outside (at least when I lived there), and while the spots seemed wider outside, patrons of nearby restaurants frequently stole the spots or blocked residents in.My car was also broken into once while parked in the garage, but I think that can happen anywhere ... especially in a place with a location as hopping as Elliston Quarters. |

| Recent Review: |  | The office does not return calls. Scary at night! It takes forever to get anything fixed. Scary at night! Walls are very thin so you can hear your neighbors using the restroom. | Recent Review: |  | Its a great deal price compared to square footage wise- but don't be fooled- the floors are super squeaky- managment barely ever seems to come fix what needs to be done- in fact my bathroom fan has been out for over 9 months and ihave repeatedly called and asked for it to be fixed- parking is HORRIBLE there isnever anywhere to park AND the people from the complex across the street use our lot which makes this problem even worse- when managment was asked about this problem and the problem of people blocking others in the replied the would send out a letter and a tow number just in case and 5 months later i am still waiting for this letter to arrive!! |

| Recent Review: |  | The Keystone Farms staff may seem friendly when you are looking to rent the apartment, but once you sign the lease that sense of community quickly vanishes. We were promised that the outside of the buildings would be painted the summer we moved in. One year later they still have not been painted. For over four months a service request has been ignored. They impose additional fees and regulations not outlined and agreed upon in lease. There is no insulation between apartments - noise is a huge problem. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPLEX!! |
