| Recent Review: | | I lived there almost a year.For the price lots of square footage.My neighbors were always coming and going could not tell who lived where.Pest control was a BIG Issue.Maintenance did fix things quickly.Had resident functions so you get to know neighbors.Surrounding neghborhood is bad cops are out there every night, and gate does not work ever.I am moving though.Someone stole atenna off all cars second month I was there. |

RUDEST MANAGEMENT on the face of the earth!!If you enjoy having your personal belongings soaked and ruined by water pipes bursting and don't mind your car windows being busted & are a glutton for punishment and enjoy being talked down to by ever changing office staff, then this is the place for you.Oh, by the way, the new groundskeeper walks around without his shirt on and the crack of his behind sticking out of his pants.Wow, what AMENITIES!! |

| Recent Review: | | This place is horrible.Managment lies, there are bugs and drug dealers everywhere.If you want to feel safe, move into the projects....They are probably cleaner.They do not replace carpet, only dye old carpet over and over and they patch holes in the floors by placing carpet over it.This place is disgusting. |

| Recent Review: | | I also saw several vehicles on several different occasions with windows broken out.I have had STRANGE people knocking on my door at all hours of the day.The management is nice enough but their turn-over rate seems high (maybe because they too are afraid to live here).If you plan to live alone or don't own a gun this complex may not be a good idea for you. |

| Recent Review: | | Where to begin ? Unclean upon move in, horrendous condition of carpets throughout the unit are just the beginning points. Interested in remaining cool in the summer via use of the a/c ? Dont move to Ridgelake....at least 70% of the time the apparatus will be faulty. Interested in being warm in the winter ? DON'T move to Ridgelake unless you like paying in excess of 120 dollars a month for heating. Like prompt attention to damages incurred to personal belongings on the part of the management ? Forget about living at Ridgelake. They will fail to pay you, let alone get back in a timely fashion. Management is INEPT and DISORGANIZED. The only positive thing I can say is that I will be moving out in two months. BE FOREWARNED AND LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE! |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived here for 2 years total and have had a great experience! Sharon, the office manager will work with you on everything. Quiet living, sound construction (meets for small electric bills) and lots of living space. |

| Recent Review: | | Been here since May 2005......very quiet, grounds well kept. Maintenance doing a superb job as far as I feel. Management is always polite, caring and responsive. Burleta is by far one of the most superior managers I have ever fealt with. I love the ducks here...gives one the touch of wilderness. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. |
