| Recent Review: | | Move-in was OK, the studio apartment seemed nice enough and management was friendly.Location: good, near restaurants and campus.Maintanence and management: The radiators leaked (had to put down containers to catch leaking water), power cut off, water was rusty, hot water ran out, floor was sagging and crooked, windows were impossible to keep clean because of flaking paint, etc... management would NOT respond to maint. requests. Dealt with them for 2 months and they wouldn't even send somebody to look at the radiators or water. I was happy to get out.Conclusion: They have been avoiding me for a full year now, lying to me about mailing my deposit back and not returning phone calls. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.Do not rent an apartment here, you WILL regret it. |

| Recent Review: | | The Lexington is beautifully landscaped, the apartments are fairly new, and it includes 2 swimming pools, workout facilities, etc.The problem is the lack of customer service from the sometimes rude office staff.Service requests go unanswered for several months, until the problem becomes severe.Neighbors car alarms go off at all hours of the night & day, without any concern from the management that this might disturb their residents.We love our apartment itself, but noise from outside as well as neighboring apartments carries into our own too easily sometimes making it difficult to relax in our own home. |

| Recent Review: | | I lived there for a year and a half...Although I thought Andy was nice...the whole community turned into something you could find on the north side of nashville in the ghetto real fast...I hope whoever sold it made some good money...soon...they wont even require applications...welcome to the Players Club two. |

| Recent Review: | | These apartments at first glace look to be very nice, but are actually riged up. After a few months of living here your apartment begins to litterley fall apart. The landd lord told us that this was a quiet area when indeed it isn't its the complete opposite. After living here 3 days my car was broken into. People always fighting outside in the middle of the night. Security is a joke here. When you need them there never around, and alway around when not needed. In short i would not suggest this apartemt complex to anyone. |

| Recent Review: | | This apartment complex is newly-constructed and includes amenities such as a washer and dryer, dishwasher, ceiling fans and two full baths among other features. The bedrooms are a good size and there is a nice size balcony. However, the building itself and its location are the pros of living there.Surrounding noise from neighboring apartments can be a problem due to the construction of the apartment and its extremely thin walls. The best locations are either a top floor or three bedroom apartment located on either side of the building.Management is slow to respond to maintenance requests and have been known to give no notice of when to expect someone to come and attend to something. They are also not responsive to resident concerns, and if they do not agree with a concern they will totally tune out any future concerns from said resident.This is a good place to live if you do not care to hold the management office accountable for doing their jobs. |

| Recent Review: | | From the first encounter with managment, we thought Waterford would be a great place to live. The units are nice and the property is maintained. However, they seem to have an issue with their policy regarding neighbors disturbing others with excessive noise. In fact, Equity Properties' lease contract is very weak on regards to repremanding tennants who disturb others. I don't believe noise is an overall problem with Waterford, but the current management is too passive to deal with these type of tennant relation issues. |
