 I was thrilled w/ this place at first, but the same stuff keeps breaking and 4 out of 5 times I've called they take too long to fix it. They offer a 48 hour maintenance guarantee, but good luck getting them to make good on it.The last time I made a maint. request, they fixed part of it 3 days later and denied they were late.I had also asked them to fix a metal, sharp-edged strip sticking way out- that sat for a week.Then, when I tried to collect on the guarantee(1-day rent credit--we're talking $23)they argued with me, said they had no documentation that I'd called in a request...like I made it all up to get $23 off my rent.Hmmm.A few people in the office are nice and easy to work with.The apt. is pretty nice, big and not a bad price for the area.
