| This WOULD have been a great place to live...had the management not changed hands 4 times in the year I was here.The maintenance personnel also routinely ignored requests for service or found some reason that they couldn't help (lost my keys, lost my maintenance request, etc).A recent inspection of the air ducts in my building revealed a 35% air loss rate.This made my electric bills RIDICULOUSLY high.It took me 5 weeks to even get the management to agree to have them inspected, then another 2 weeks for the actual inspection to occur.My water bills for the first 6 months were the maximum allowable rate of $40, because the water main was leaking and they couldn't fix it immediately, so they distributed the costs among all the tenants. Also, if you plan on getting any sleep on a Sunday night, GO TO BED EARLY.The lawncare people are scheduled every Monday morning at 6 AM and start mowing, weed whacking, grass blowing, etc. The ONLY redeeming factor of this complex is its GREAT location.There are plenty of good restaurants nearby, grocery stores, movie theaters, bus stops, office complexes, shopping, etc. |
