| Recent Review: | | I would not suggest that you live here; the noise from the upstairs neighbors is unbearable. I complained many times but nothing happened.Everyday you receive crime messages in your door, there is never any parking and the apartment are not in the best of shape. My apartment was about five different shades from the apartment complex painting over the stains.Oh, yeah watch out for the fees that are added on to your bill like trash pick up. |

| Recent Review: | | I LOVE this complex. Situated right off of a greenbelt, with oak trees and manicured beds, it has some of the best landscaping of any complex in the city. My balcony overlooks a small wooded valley. It is quaint and homey.It is an older complex. The appliances are in good shape though.I was nervous when the property changed hands in the last few months (from a VERY WELL managed AMLI property to another owner). The office manager is very nice and seems very capable. Her staff has not impressed me much, but for the most part they are nice (I go into the office a lot to pick up packages). They have thrown a couple mixers to meet the residents, so they seem to be trying to get to know us.Work orders can be a bit problematic. I turned one in two months ago, and haven't heard from them (to be fair, I haven't called them up to follow up). Even the old (reliable) management staff missed one of mine.They have spent some time fixing things up, cleaning and painting the carports, that sort of thing. They have kept the old maintenance staff and so far the landscaping seems to be getting attention.I love this complex. I love how quiet it is. I love its hominess. It has a nice mix of residents. I hope the new company keeps up the things that make this place great because I want to stay a while. |

| Recent Review: | | I recently moved from a 1/1 townhome, to a 2/2 apartment, within this community, and the staff made it very easy! (wish I could say the same about Pedernales Elec. and the USPS)There was a management change and it is very obvious! Lots of great things have been happening lately, the landscaping has been improved, and is still in process, the service of the staff is much nicer (they know me by name), and the speed and quality of maintenance service is great!I appreciate all that has been done for me as a single mom, it is nice to be able feel safe in my home for my daughter and I, and have things done right the first time (I have plenty of other things to chase!!!) |

| Recent Review: | | FOR CHEAP!!that is the only reason we lived there, the maintainance guy took our broiling pan for god sake when he fixed the stove, the hot water lasts about 10 minutes and the whole building was on a slant.the place cost about $130 in summer for electrictiy ONLY 450 FT2!But campared to others that are priced the same it wasn't that bad, and atleast the car gates worked 90% of the time. |

| Recent Review: | | The management has turned over four times since I moved in in September 2003.Nothing improves when new management comes in; they have all been inept.It's beyond frustrating.The traffic on Great Hills Trail is terrible, so if you live on that side you've got constant traffic noise at all times of the day and night.When I moved in, that was all that was available, and I was told that they didn't get much traffic on that street. |

| Recent Review: | | This apartment is in a very nice part of town (Far West area) and the floor plans are wonderful.My apartment feels very light and open, and I have a HUGE storage closet.Archstone has monthly perks for their residents, and the price is reasonable for what you get.The walls are a little thin, so try to get an apartment away from the streets; the busses run all night.Ugh. |

| Recent Review: | | The apartment has been ok, up until we decided to leave. We did not give 60 days notice as specified in the lease (in part our fault) because we were not given a copy of our lease when we signed and the form you must fill out to give written notice of termination of a lease REQUIRES that you have a forwarding address and phone number. Once we had that we did give our form in approximately 40 days early. Now we may be stuck paying the rest. I know this is partly our fault, but being international students unaware of how heavily all of Texas law is slanted toward the business owner rather than individuals, we were trusted those in the main office with the friendly Texas drawl. I would not recommend living at Argosy. Find a private owner with whom you can develop a real relationship rather than one conjoured to lull you into complacency. |

| Recent Review: | | My apartment is so cool. Arrowhead is recently built so everything is new feeling. I moved from an older community and my light bill was always huge in the summer. Last summer my bill was so low I got to shop more. Yeeehaw!!! The staff is on top of things ( If they ever do need repair) I really like it here. I am signing another years lease this month. The office folks are a hoot here, they are always having fun. It makes me feel like I am on vacation. It is sooooo cool. |
