| Recent Review: | | Westdale is just as incompetent as Dalcor. They've gotten some new computers to make the office seem more professional, but the current staff is just as lazy as the previous one. It's a whole bunch of lip service just like before. It takes Westdale 5 DAYS to do something that a normal person can do in 5 MINUTES. And this is not an exaggeration. Of course they always use "we are so busy" as an excuse, but that is just unacceptable.We are residents paying rent. We deserve to be served. Furthermore, it is just pure blasphamy to say you're busy when you've got a whole bunch of staff sitting on their lazy a$$es in the office enjoying the A/C but doing no work. Westdale must be hiring from the same pool of candidates Dalcor was. Their management is an embarrassment to the entire leasing community. DO NOT under any circumstances live here. |

But not for long. old air conditioners/heaters will rob you of $ every month. Hot water took 15 minutes to get warm.Instead of changing the code on the gates at the hills, they have decided to just put a sign on the gate telling renters to not leave valuables in their cars.Pass this one up if your smart |

| Recent Review: | | The apartment isn't bad, but it's nothing to write home about either.Appliances are old and cheap, but functional.The price was pretty good.Neighbors are pretty nice and it's quiet.A fair number of families live in the complex.Management is great and very flexible.Maintenance is prompt and gets the job done well.I'm moving out because I now have a roommate and he wants to live in a different part of town. |

| Recent Review: | | >bottom apartments flood and the management won't care or do anything to help>there is no place for visitors to park and if they park there they WILL get towed and have to pay $130 to get their car out of hock>maintenance will let your pets out of your apt if you are not there when they come in..and not care or help find them (even if you paid the pet deposit)>the maintenance emergency pager is NEVER answered!>if your neighbor smokes...you smoke too!>if your faucet leaks a bathtub full a day, they will NOT fix it or care that you pay for that water>if you talk to a manager (Terry) she will not try to help you...she will repeat the same sentence until you hang up |

| Recent Review: | | The apartments are older, cheap with lots of trees--so you get what you pay for. My experience has been horrible though due to it's former owner, DALCOR. They took months to fix a hot water problems meaning many cold showers, they have not paid my rebate (it's been 7 months now), and they continue to ignore all calls and emails. Never sign with DALCOR. |

YOU CAN NOW HAVE "ACCENT COLORS" ON THE WALL.I HAVE A 3 BEDROOM FLAT W/1400 SQ FT AND 3 FULL BATHS. DID I MENTION ITS A FLAT (NO STAIRS ......HOORAY.NEW CARPET AND HARDWOOD FLOORS IN BATHS, AND KITCHEN AREAS.TILED FLOORING AT ENTRY WAYS.TWO POOLS AND LOTS OF FUN FOR THE KIDS.STAFF IS KIND AND COURTEOUS AND REPAIRS ARE COMPLETED IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER. (MY AIR BROKE IN TWO SEPARATE AREAS AND BOTH WERE REPLACED) I HAD A LEAKY WATER HEATER IN THE MASTER BATH AND SOMEONE RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY, WET VAC THE AREA AND REPLACED THE WATER HEATER :-).I LOVE THIS PLACE AND WOULD LOVE TO STAY UNTIL MY CHILDREN GRADUATE (DID I MENTION THE AWESOME SCHOOL DISTRICT?). HATS OFF TO INTERNATIONAL RESIDENCE.MENTIONABLES:SECURITY OFFICERS THAT RESPOND TO COMPLAINTS OF NOISE, LOITERING, PETS WELCOME, FULL SIZE W/D, FREE CABLE, WET BARS IN BOTH MASTER BEDROOMS (YES......TWO) |
