| Recent Review: | | My girlfriends car was broken into last week and now my bike was stolen.A month ago my girlfriends car had a crow bar taken to it.Three days ago we saw another car's window smashed in.And a week before the crowbar incident another car was broken into.There is no video surveliance, no security patrol, nothing I can see that prevents these people from taking our stuff. |

| Recent Review: | | We are moving back to Austin and we plan to head back to Statton Park. Wonderful management, very good maintenance, good facilities. The apartments have good features. My only grouse is that the kitchen is a little too small, but the fact that the rest of the apartment and the community is so good, lets me ignore the size of the kitchen. We will come back!!! |

| Recent Review: | | I still live at Sterling Springs, but will move soon. When we moved in, the management was attentive - even came to fix an air conditioning problem at 11 pm! The pool was nice. The apartment felt safe and clean. The management made an effort to clump similar renters - college kids in same areas together, older renters together and things were quiet and everyone seemed content.The new management seems oblivious to those kinds of things. I can't use the pool anymore cause it's always full of loud obnoxious people who drink and leave beer cans everywhere and cigareet butts litter the pool area. The laundry room was vandalized and still lacks a window and the workour room equipment has never been operable. People walk dogs and take them out to poop all over the grassy areas and just leave it there and the dumpster is always littered with cast-off furniture and other large items. |

| Recent Review: | | This place is awful.It was ok for the first 2 years, but this year, it's really gone downhill.My neighbors on everyside are loud as hell, and I'm always woken up in the middle of the night on a weekday by shitty singing, screaming, and stupid pop music from the upstairs people.On the weekend, the dumbass next door basses me out.Also, the people upstairs have an illegal dog that they lock in the bathroom, so I can hear it barking and scratching.If you're white trash, and stupid, and don't need sleep, come on over! |

| Recent Review: | | Stone Gate is nicely located between San Marcos and Austin.Otherwise, I have nothing else good to say about it.The Management lacks tools of communication both with residents and staff.Replacement cost of gate opener is $20 and they charged $60.Re-signing my lease they promised a carpet clean and I had to call them 4 times to get it done.Basically, I think all error falls on the management.The staff is friendly enough, but lacks training. |

| Recent Review: | | I would have stayed here if my job hadn't moved.The staff and maintenance guys are nice and usually fix things that day or the next.Clean grounds, beautiful pool, every thing's new (since the place is only 2-3 years old).Great location (specially if you work up north).HEB, Blockbuster, Walgreen's, Chick-Fil-A, and Wendy's right down the road.I'd say the only complaint is the parking, the spots are small and not many of them.Other than that, I'd say this is the place to be:-) |

| Recent Review: | | Summit Las Palmas by far, has been the best apartment community I've lived in since moving to Austin.Its ammenities, grounds and the inside look of my apartment was comparable to any uptown apartment I've lived in, in the past.The only reason I moved was due to job transfer.The office staff was friendly and outlined everything in terms of my early move out, clearly. |
