 The complex looks nice until you move there. Aside from the lady manager sleeping with the hired help - the place is a dump. Black sut continues to fly out of the air condition units. The apartment that we first moved into had fleas, so did the second one, the third one stunk because the tenent before us flooded the place to get out of her lease. Instead of replacing the carpet - they half way shampooed the place and it began to smell of dog urine and sewage. The management lived across from our apartment and didn't care about her tenets in the least. This place is known as the HORROR in the city of Beaumont. If you and afford a better apartment - by all means please seek shelter elsewhere.
