| Recent Review: | | The complex looks nice until you move there. Aside from the lady manager sleeping with the hired help - the place is a dump. Black sut continues to fly out of the air condition units. The apartment that we first moved into had fleas, so did the second one, the third one stunk because the tenent before us flooded the place to get out of her lease. Instead of replacing the carpet - they half way shampooed the place and it began to smell of dog urine and sewage. The management lived across from our apartment and didn't care about her tenets in the least. This place is known as the HORROR in the city of Beaumont. If you and afford a better apartment - by all means please seek shelter elsewhere. |

| Recent Review: | | Beautiful building, poor management. Our car's window was smashed in and the management could care less. This place is also a hangout for theives and hoods. Wife and I were scared to live there after just a few weeks. Management doesn't do background checks on residents. We had a convicted child molester living just a few apartments away from us. Avoid this place like the plague. |

| Recent Review: | | security - given a three only because it is not patrolled, but the police department does declare this a safe place!parking - YOU will always have a spot (asigned parking), but your friends will have a problem.the only place for them to park is on a little grass field accross from our small pool!appearance - only not a 4 because it is an older apartment building, and therefore not shiny and pretty, you might say (but still very quaint and nice!!).mgmt and staff - i have NEVER had a problem with mgmt!they are wonderful.even the handyman has a nice (and safe) personality!condition - even though they are old, they have been upkept.these apartments have a nice, neutral brown carpet, and off-white walls.noise - i do not hear neighbors (aside from the occasional party which is common in apartments), but the train that is directly behind the apartments is loud.if you have someone who can't sleep, this is not the place.but i managed to already have it tuned out by my first night (i haven't woken up once because of it!)as far as my overall impression, i love it!it is the largest apartment i have ever had for as cheap as it is (less than $400).it allows animals.it has washer/dryer and dishwasher!the ONLY downfall, in my opinion, is the train (you cannot be outside on the phone when it comes by or else you won't hear the conversation!).but for all the other ammenities this complex offers, that is very easily looked over!!! |
