| Recent Review: | | I lived there for a 13 month lease term. I they couldn't pay ME to live there any more! Everything breaks, no one fixes anything and the manager and workers are VERY RUDE! My 3 year old locked my 1 year old in there bedroom, I paged emergency matience 4 times to try to get someone to come get the door open. Finally I find a matinece man walking through the property to come open the door. Then I asked why no one returned my pages, and I quote, "Mam, I hardly think a 1 year old locked in a room is an emergency" HELLO, anything could of happened! The police and fire department seem to think thats an emegency! Also, our refrigerator sounded like the motor was going out (very loud noise), the matience guy came 3 days later and sprayed wd40 in it. Our food smelled and tasted like WD40 for a month! When we moved out, our carpet wasn't steamed cleaned, (I have 2 kids, sure there was spills) well, the apartments are now sueing me for $951.96 for damages! THATS CRAZY! Besides, don't they have to clean the carpets before a new renter moves in anyways? These apartments must be owned or managed by scam artists or something! Don't move here, you will regret it big-time! |

| Recent Review: | | Karla Ewing is the Assistant Community Director, and is by far the worst employee they have working for them. My room mate and I moved out DEC 31, 2004 and the office was closed due to the holidays. I went to the office twice in the month of January to make sure everything was good to go. I was told twice that my room mate and I were set, and we owed nothing. 5 months letter I get a letter for a collection agency owing money to the Meadows. I went back to the Meadows to find out what was going on, seeing that I never got a letter for them saying I owed anything. That's when I had to work with Karla! Karla is apparently unable to do her job. She sent my bill from them to Frisco, TX with my Dallas street address. No wonder why my room mate and I never heard anything from them. So now it's all my fault according to her, even though I varified our fowarding address.(which was correct) She made the mistake, and would not admit to it. So basically her mistake is now on my and my room mates credit reports, isn't that wonderful. Not to mention while I was in her office, she very rude and inconsiderate. I asked to have a copy of the "letter" she sent, so she copied it and threw it at my and told me to get out of her office! Then I asked to have a copy of the fowarding address information my room mate and I turned in. Your not going to believe this! She made me call her District Manager on my cell phone while I was in her office. I had to call her boss to ask if Karla was allowed to give me that information!!! oh, and after I got that information, she told me to get out of her office again. Avoid this apartment at all cause!! They obviously don't know how to do their jobs!!!!! |

| Recent Review: | | This property was a nice property until they changed managers.The one there now dresses so horrible and is as rude as her attire.What happen to real managers who were nice to residents and didn't dress as if they were going well anyway, the grounds are always dirty, a little girl was almost raped, fires, what is next.Hopefully anew manager and person to clean up the place. |
