| Recent Review: | | seemed cute enough at first...great view, cute layout, decent neighborhood, etc.the trouble started when someone broke in to my upstairs unit.the "day labor" they hire for maintainence purposes GLUED and TACKED the door facing back on and replaced the bent lock.the police were notified, report filed.then it happened again a week later.the apt maint fixed the problem, the same way.i felt totally violated and angry as heck.i decided to move.the leasing snatch ANGELA (i think), informed me that i was breaking my lease and would be billed "right around $2500".luckily, when my lease was filled out, the very same woman mistyped the address...TWICE.the finished lease still shows the wrong address!what a stupid cow!she tried to tell me it didn't matter and the lease was "a legal binding contract".big words for such a bloody, stupid cow.i have spoken with a cool attorney friend who has agreed to help. |
