| Recent Review: | | The management here loves to tell you one thing, and then after you signed the standard lease, tell you another.If anything is discussed that isn't in the lease, make sure you get the apartment manager, Brenda, to put it in writing.It will save you a great deal of hassle later.Parking is horrible.And the covered parking spots are constantly being used by unauthorized individuals, with no recourse left for the person paying $35 a spot (yes, that means it can be 35 degrees, raining and windy, and you have to park a mile away even though you pay for a spot right in front of your door).This place has a wonderful facade, both physically and otherwise, but all you have to do is live here to know that you should have taken my advice.Take a look at Country View instead. |

| Recent Review: | | If you like an overcontrolling landlord who likes to throw in new rules constantly without letting you know of the changes, this is a great place to live. Any paets will be abused by landlord, there is no drinking or second parties staying the night, you better hide your stuff when sleep because it will be gone in the morning. |
