| Recent Review: | | I have lived in this apartment complex for two years.My first year I lived alone...It was my freshman year and I am a girl!I have renewed my lease and plan on staying here for my entire time in college station.The office staff and maintenence have always been very helpful when I needed repairs and got to them as soon as possible.Sometimes my "problems/complaints" were small and nit picky and they got to them as soon as they could.In short, I LOVE College Main, and I recommend it to all of my friends.I would also recommend it to those I didn't know because I believe that I have found a great place to live that isn't too expensive, and REALLY close to campus!That is all. |

| Recent Review: | | If you like drama, you will love this apartment.We have our water shut off about once a month because the pipes are so old they bust.We get forced out of our complex because of a police standoff in one of the units.We pay $180 electric bills in the summer.We get screwed by the management.They had a turnover in the office and nothing was documented.We ended up paying $300 more in rent for the summer.Stupid managers.We got out locks changed on us since we did not turn them in for summer storage.It would have helped if we were told this.The office lately is one big lack of communication.Also, our neighbor was a pot head and we were often high because of him. The apartments are somewhat nice, they are a great value.But it is not worth all the other crap. |
