| Recent Review: | | Do. Not. Move. Here!!!Although the rent is reasonable, this place is the pits. Example: They actually threw a broken goal into the sewer runoff hole and call it a 'soccer field'.The only reason I renewed my lease the last time was because I was promised a free ceiling fan. Five months later, after repeated calls and complaints to the office, I have still not received the fan. I feel that the management has cheated and deceived me. They're crooked and dishonest. Watch out! I also am constantly sent packages with important documents, equipment, parts, etc., as a part of my job. These packages are sometimes mistakenly sent to the office, which never contacts me to let me know they are there. This has also been very frustrating to me, as I have asked them before to please notify me when they arrive. I don't understand why they find it so hard to send a simple note or leave a message on my voicemail informing me I have a buildup of packages.The complex has really gone downhill since I moved in. All sorts of shady types live here now, and rumors of drug busts fly. I was actually robbed by one of my neighbors last year while on vacation, and he made off with basically all my stuff. The buildings are really nasty too, the paint is peeling off the siding and the stairwells, mold grows all over the concrete and stonework, and the 'lake' that's by the front office is just runoff from the ditch. They try to make the front office look really nice, but don't be fooled. This place is actually really rundown. Also there's a lot of construction going on nearby, so unless you find the sound of jackhammers relaxing, don't look twice at this place.Check the place across the street though, I've heard good things about it, as well as Red Stone Ranch, just up the way on Lakeline. Thank god my lease is up in July, so I can get out of this terrible place! |

| Recent Review: | | Admittedly I have only been at the apartments for a few months but I enjoy living there.moving in was easy, although I am new to the country and therefore have no credit, they made it easy. i was in the next day.I actually live there --- other posters decide to be anonymous, they could be anyone. |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived there over a year now and feel very secure.The club room and complex is kept up at all times and the staff has always been friendly, helpful and quick to resolve any issues, the very few I have had.The only drawback is the security gate entrance doesn't work often or the phone box doesn't ring an attendant when you need to get in and don't have your key.I would rent here again if the rent was cheaper...its one of the most expensive rentals in the area. |
