Recent Review:When we moved in, the apartment had not been cleaned. Repairs were rarely completed. Century 21 was always uncooperative. When we moved out, they tried to screw us out of $260 of our deposit, claiming that we damaged the unit

Recent Review:These apartments were just fine. I seem to remember some minor bug problems, nothing that a little bug spray and CLEANING UP THE KITCHEN couldn't fix. They would occaisionally get pretty noisy, mainly just on the weekends, because as we all know college kids like to party. Occaisionally my particular apartment would get pretty noisy, because me and my roomates liked to party too. These were perfectly fine as college apartments - rent wasn't too bad, bills weren't too high, my only problem was that it was too far from campus. It was no fun having to drive to school, park , and still have to walk 20 minutes to get to my class. Thats why I moved to a place just off campus the next year.Oh yeah! One of my roomates said he was home alone one day, working on the computer, when he saw the reflection of someone walking into his room, and stopping and looking over his shoulder at the screen. He turned around and no one was there, but he looked back at the screen and still saw the guy. He proceeded to watch the guy walk over to his bed, push down on the springs a couple of times, mosey around the room, and then disappear into the closet. Was he drinking? He says no. Was he putting us on? I choose to believe he wasnt, and that I lived in a haunted apartment. That makes life much more interesting.
4. Eastmark Apartments
2400 Central Park Lane
College Station  TX, 77840
33.0
Recent Review:My experience with an apartment at Eastmark was good.My daughter, grandson and I moved in shortly after Memorial Day.Right from the beginning we felt safe and at ease at any time of day or night. We were able to park very close to our apartment entrance 99% of the time.Tthe office staff was friendly and professional each time I needed to see them.We had no problems with the manager, Zelda, who had her job to do, yet maintained a professional yet hospitable relationship with us.The pleasant and gentlemanly maintenance man, who was newly hired, did his best to see that problems were solved and repairs made in a timely manner.Other staff was equally accommodating.I was particularly impressed that, after a few weeks, a young lady was hired to clean up the laundry areas each week.It was disappointing that a few of the residents then would let detergent spills, lint and dryer softener sheets (like Bounce, etc.) mess up the machines and floor again.(Having lived in apartments in the past, it seemed that we as residents and users should own some responsibility also in keeping our surroundings neat and orderly.)It is true thhat there are dogs around, but never did we encounter doggie-doo on the premesis.I would give the Eastmark two thumbs up!!
5. French Quarters
601 Cross Street
College Station  TX, 77840
22.5
Recent Review:The A/C doesn't work well in the Summer, but the A/C bill is still high. One of the bedrooms has a window on the dark corridor, so that room will always be dark.
6. Meadows Point
800 Marion Pugh
College Station  TX, 77840
42.8
Recent Review:I've lived here since August '03 and I must say that there has been very little "slander-fodder" presented during my stay. I've never had a problem with the staff, the grounds have been kept up consistently, and as long as your neighbors aren't lush college students, it should be nice and quiet. And as for safety, even my female friends say they feel safe here. In fact, when my fiancee goes out of town for the weekend, she likes to park her car at my (this) place.Overall, I think it's a nice choice.
7. South Gate Village
134 Luther
College Station  TX, 77840
11.0
Recent Review:Management is very uncaring and never there.Maintenance does a very good job. There are people walking around yelling and screaming at all hours of the night. No security.Drug dealers and users in plain sight.Low income housing does not need to be this bad.Safe haven for criminals and drug users.
8. The Exchange
1101 Luther Street West
College Station  TX, 77840
15.0
Recent Review:Don't live in the Zone live here at the exchange. The fastest internet I've come across. Apartment frunishings are fabulous. The leasing agents are so nice. And not to mention there are a lot of hot girls that live here. Oh and over the summer every friday there is a HUGE party at the pool with free food.
9. The Zone At College Station
2001 Holleman Dr. W.
College Station  TX, 77840
21.0
Recent Review:The rent is fairly high, and while there are a lot of amenities, there are other places with similar prices and the same amenities with much friendlier and helpful staff.Overall, we have had a bad experience here, many workorders to put it.Parking is pretty bad as well.Worst of all, we were promised a $300 signing bonus and they weaseled out of it!No way will i resign my lease, and you shouldnt sign one either.
10. Timber Creek Apartments
801 Spring Loop
College Station  TX, 77840
33.7
Recent Review:I know that everybody has their different opinions of the places where they live...but Timber Creek has been a great experience for me.The management is so cooperative and patient, and my apartment is really great for its price.$610/month for a 2 bed 2 bath w/washer-dryer connections...best price I could find!
