| Recent Review: | | I liked living at my apartment. It was my boyfriend and I and then his brother with his girlfriend. It wasnt very big but big enough for us. But when it rained we had to walk in it to get into our cars and their was always water standing at the bottem of our stairs |

| Recent Review: | | We recently moved into the apartment. First to find they did not clean it well. The person that lived here before us had a cat. Well my husband and I are allergic to cats so we put in a request to get the carpets cleaned, they still have not until this day, its been about a month. The management sucks, they are not helpful. The pool is great, the security is good its gated but the parking sucks. There are not enough spaces for everyone. Dont live here is my opinion. |

| Recent Review: | | I moved to Riverwalk about 3 months ago and it has been great!!!The girls in the office are so nice and helpful.I moved to Conroe about a year ago and just recently moved from another apartment complex.This is by far the best apartment I have lived in so far. |

| Recent Review: | | They say it is spacious, but it really is not. You can never get anyone in the office in order to report anything that goes wrong. Therefore nothing gets fixed. Then their solution to a lack of parking spaces is take away half of the parking spaces in order to add more. Now everybody is left without any place to park in the gates, which we pay extra with rent to park in. It's crazy!!!!! |
