 Newer property. Exteriors have been refurbished in the last 12 mos. Access gate system has been replaced and works much better now. Typical college complex. Mostly students and some small families. Parking is adequate most of the time. The gym is a joke. The pool is nice, but needs to be cleaned more often. The maintenance staff is undermanned.They need a few more guys to keep up w/ the day to day needs of the property and residents.There are only two dumpsters for the entire complex. Totally inadequate. Drainage for this area is horrible. Beware of flash flooding for ground floor apts and garages. The quality is typical of this style property.Put together quickly w/ cheap materials. Dont expect too much and you should be happy. Not "luxury" but comfortable. The location is great however and makes up for the short comings.Near rest. and shopping, gas, convience stores, etc.
