| Recent Review: | | Newer property. Exteriors have been refurbished in the last 12 mos. Access gate system has been replaced and works much better now. Typical college complex. Mostly students and some small families. Parking is adequate most of the time. The gym is a joke. The pool is nice, but needs to be cleaned more often. The maintenance staff is undermanned.They need a few more guys to keep up w/ the day to day needs of the property and residents.There are only two dumpsters for the entire complex. Totally inadequate. Drainage for this area is horrible. Beware of flash flooding for ground floor apts and garages. The quality is typical of this style property.Put together quickly w/ cheap materials. Dont expect too much and you should be happy. Not "luxury" but comfortable. The location is great however and makes up for the short comings.Near rest. and shopping, gas, convience stores, etc. |

| Recent Review: | | I lived in the Bay Club for a year lease. From 2000-2001. At first it seems great. The rent was pretty low, and it's pretty big! But the management was a real "you know what," and the people working for her weren't any better. It seemed like they were always in my business. Maybe it was because I was young, but it doesn't matter. I felt very uncomfortable. When I moved out, I got a letter in the mail saying that I owed like almost a hundred dollars for "damages." I left that place emaculant!! I even shampooed the carpets! I got charged for things I knew weren't wrong such as "a ring" around the toilet. YEAH RIGHT!Like I'm some scandelous female! PLEASE! They charged me for things that didn't even exist. So yeah, even though I was a good tenant, payed my rent religiously on time, and stayed to myself, I still got screwed in the end. Oh, and hell no! I didn't pay those rediculous charges. So anyone thinking about moving here, better think more about moving next door to the WHARF apartment first. Because The Bay Club is TRICKY! |

| Recent Review: | | Christiwood apartments are very nice although my major complaint would be the management.We have received two lease violations for things that did not happen, simply because our downstairs neighbor doesn't like me and my girlfriend.Overall though, it's a great place to live. |

| Recent Review: | | 1. Close to the Texas A&M Univ. 2. Good bus service 3. Close to Malls and main shopping areas.4. There is no security..things stolen from cars(speakers&cdplayers)5. kids are always playing in the parking lot. even at night-Loud noises and problem for cars going in and out of the apartment. 6. Apt manager is not conginial. the rent is due on 3rd of every month. one time i dropped the check on 3rd in the drop box which was a friday. manager did not check the check and lied to me that she didnt get the check untill monday and fined me. the check was dropped before 5 pm as per the rules of the apt on friday. 7. on weekends its common to see ppl drinking beer and playing music in the cars loud. 8. no proper maintainance.The only reason i stayed in the apt was--close to university and i dont have a car.. convinient bus service. i got a job and moving to shores. |

| Recent Review: | | This place is old built in the mid-1960's and once was very nice. It was designed in the 60's by architects that are probably by now artifacts. Needless to say, the place is outdated and generic. B-o-r-i-n-g. If you live on the bottom floor, you get the luxury of breathing in all that exhaust from the under-building parking lot facing your entry-way. If you are allergic to mold, stay away from the man-made pond upstairs. oh and by the way, the manager is abrasive, makes people uncomfortable and she lives on site. |

| Recent Review: | | The apartments were well taken care of. I never had any problems. The only negative aspect about the aparment buildings are that the walls seem so thin- you can hear everything in the units next to and above and below you. I am only moving because I just had a newborn and I need a 2 bedroom and there are not any available for me at the complex. |
