| Recent Review: | | I recently moved in to Harbour Landing and I found out that the management team is really nice. The apartments are nice and it is a wonderful community to live in. Another good thing about them is that they treat their tenant's pets well too. |

| Recent Review: | | Do not move here! I have lived here for a year and I have battled things such as roaches, no hot water, refrigerator leaks, one room with too much A/C and the other room that's always very hot due to lack of A/C blowing in there, rude, rude, rude office staff, and a maintenance team that takes 1-2 weeks before responding to your complaint, and they usually do not fix it right the first time. Move somewhere else, like Harbour Landing, Sandcastle, or SawGrass. |

| Recent Review: | | I am a resident at Laguna Apartments and I feel really bad for all the stuff the managers there have to put up with because 95% of the tenants who live there are psycho!!!!!I mean seriously I truely feel sorry for the managers who work there.I wouldnt recommend someone to live there unless you like living around some real- life, hard core "psycho-path" residents!!!!!!!! |

| Recent Review: | | As stated in previous persons review the gates are still broken and have been for as long as i hav elived head, over a year, the were stated as havinghjsut been borken when i moved in shortly before that previos review whichis obvisouly a lie having read his post, and was promsid they would be fixed soon. HA. Many repairs i requusted over a ytear ago are yet to be doens uch as repairing carpet that is coming up, broken light and fan over oven, etc. Both pools are often locked during horus they are to be open, and the fitness center was done away withe ven tohugh it is stated in the leases that it exists. OFten have to park on other end of complex because of lack of parking. |

| Recent Review: | | This apartment complex has the worst staff I have seen at any apartment I have ever lived in.The maintenance people are great, they keep everything up to par when they are allowed to do what they need to do, but good luck getting that maintenance form out to them.My bathroom ceiling is brown from water spilled upstairs, yet I will have to pay for that out of my deposite.I have a hole in my carpet where it looks like something tried to dig under my hallway door.Half of the wall outlets either spark when you plug something in, or just fall back into the wall because they are not screwed in.You better believe the manager will be knocking on your door at 9 in the morning if you are late with rent one day, but if some dumps trash on the main walkway it stays there for a week before a tenant finally decides to clean it up themselves.I dont recomend this apartment to anyone outside of the majority of criminals that live there. |

| Recent Review: | | First of all, there is NEVER anyone in the office.Every time I try to call, I get the answering service.They are constantly changing their hours, and they never seem to have the packages they say have been delivered to you.The noise is unbelievable, and there is a huge problem with vandalism and theft of vehicles.I suppose this has something to do with the security gates which have not been working for about 9 months now.There are craters all over the parking lots the size of the Grand Canyon, who nobody seems to know how to fix.They say you didn't pay your rent when you did, and you have the cancelled check to prove it, so they try to charge you late fees when really there shouldn't be any.Maintenance is NEVER done unless you're dying.Two days after we moved in, we called to have our garbage disposal fixed.We're still waiting and it's a year later.They just LET other people park in your assigned spot, and when you move in, they tell you, "if anunauthorized vehicle is in your space, call us and we'll have it towed."Never happens.All in all, this is by far and away the worst comples I have had the displeasure of living in, and I can not WAIT to get the hell out! |
