| Recent Review: | | I have lived in this community for some time, I like the area and the staff is friendly.As long as you don't have a problem.Recently, in an effort to rent open units, they have been allowing anyone in.With this "open" policy has come problems.Mostly from inconsiderate neighbors who don't follow the community policy.The current, biggest problem - DOGS!Today at 6am it sounded like the inside of a kennel here, in violation of both city ordinance and community policy.Managements answer - "what can we do about it?"Right now, if you are reading this, I would look elsewhere for a place to live.I know when my lease is up, Im moving. |

| Recent Review: | | Neighbors, some good but most are rude.The management is a sad view of anything professional. I went into the office once to sort something out and overheard the office manager (heavy set blonde) telling a new resident prospect that she didn't have any units to show.It was clear this gentleman rode the bus and seemed tired and flushed in the face.Only to hear her say, sorry I dont have any units to show you even though someone told you different.After he left, she said she has a unit to show but she was too busy.Perfect example of this professional management team.Amanda (the assistant) is always nice and helpful but she is just the messenger to the Furher..she can't help who her boss is. Needless to say, I felt sorry for that guy...anyone that has ridden the bus anywhere knows the hardship it can be.Anyhow, our neighbors have had many car break-ins. Uncompleted repairs or ignored calls for repairs. Most the time you see teenagers in the management golf cart but with all the fuss aside, I stay here because its cheap and close to DART rail, grocery stores, and everything else needed. |

| Recent Review: | | My friends live there. They moved in a year ago and they are absolutely counting the minutes until their lease runs out. I thought the apts. looked pretty nice when I first went there to visit, but everytime I go there they tell me about loud neighbors, dog poop in the stairwells, cars being broken into, and a staff that wont do anything. I guess all the signs they recently put up over the carports saying, "Warning. Lock your vehicles" should be telling you something. Their security gate is never working every time I go there. I'd pass on this one if I were you. It looks pretty, but seems to be going downhill fast unless the management does something about it. |

| Recent Review: | | This is a crime ridden cesspool. Homeless people bathe in the hottub. My apartment was the target of an attempted break-in. People's cars are broken into weekly. The noise from the highway is unbearable. The management is horrible. In my opinion, it's a bunch of dumb-ass soroity girls who can't figure out that there are 12 months, not 11 months, in a year. Awful, horrible, avoid it like the plague. |

| Recent Review: | | not as safe as you are told. most of the time maintenance does what they are supposed to. staff leaves a lot when desired, and will try to overlook anything. even a possible break in!!! (we have a break in at least once a month) |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived in this apartment for 2years and 9 monthes. I just moved out end of October 2004(Last month). They sent me a bill for $232.70 plus my $150 deposit,$382.70 total. I called the manager to discuss these charges. She informed me that in her opinion the bill was low and that she was considering charging me $1,000.00 to replace the carpet. She essentially threatened me simply for guestioning her $ 159.00 cleaning bill, then hung up on me. I consider this veryinsulting.Here are the charges in question:Water Reimbursement 12.00Carpet Cleaning 159.00 (one bedroom)Cleaning Trash Out 107.00 ( theapartment was left completly empty, another insult.)Paint/Materials/Repairs 30.00Crisper Cover 38.70Miniblinds 36.00Deposit Applied to Balance -150.00Account Balance 232.70I cleaned a full day with 2 other people. I have never left even one paper towel. But they are charging $107.00 for that.I have been many apartments. But, I have never seen that charge paint and carpet to moving out people.Also, Carpet issue? We never used shoes inside. Even we ask anyone take shoes off inside.I was trying to be calm and speak with the Manager today. She didn't even give me time to talk about the bill. She told me I need to pay the amount in question within 2weeks and hung up.If someone wants to go there with picket signs, I will spend time on weekends to tell people in front of this apartment before they make the same mistake that I did.I believe those Who gave a good rating on this web site are still living there, and have not experienced the exit process. |

| Recent Review: | | It's interesting to me that security is actually an option to choose in rating the apartments on this site. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AT ANY APARTMENT COMPLEX ANYWHERE. It'scrazy to think someone else would be responsible for the protection of your belongings. Crime is an issue in every city in America, Dallas is no exception. Read the reviews for several apartments on this site, almost all are negative. Hint - you can't please everyone - some people are not happy with themselves or anyone else, but they love to post one-sided intelligent messages on this site. |
