| Recent Review: | | More than anything else, the management at these apartments is abysmal. Management companies change about once a year -- or more often. I haven't recognized a familiar face more than a couple of times in the office in the five years I've been here.I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person, much less someone who had a choice. |

| Recent Review: | | I liked the apartments but you cannot get high speed internet or DSL in these apartments.. They say they are working on it but it is taking for ever... Lease breaking terms are very harsh... You pay for all the remaining months plus 85% of one months rent and also give one months notice.. I personally think this is too much to ask for... Other than this the apartments are great... |

| Recent Review: | | This is a nice complex.It is somewhat older but it is very well mantained. I think I only had one maintenance request while I was living there and it was taken care of right away.Parking is great.They have covered parking spaces but they are not reserved.This place may not have as many ammenities as a newer complex but it is certainly in much better condition than other complexes that are about as old. |

| Recent Review: | | I made a grave mistake to rent here. Build-wise, the apartments are okay but management is horrible. Complaints about the problems in the apartment are not welcome. Keepers are not friendly at all. They try to convince you that's the way it is and no one can't do anything about it.Several cars got stolen from here.Parking space is not plenty - My friends usually have to circle around the whole campus to get a non-reserved parking spot.No matter how well you keep the apartment, you will be charged a hefty amount after leaving, forget your deposit. They charge for every nitty-gritty things. |

| Recent Review: | | The name has changed to Jefferson at Park Central due to a change in the management.They have remodeled practically everything and now have a nice (yet small) gym, spa, steam room, tanning booths and even billairds and a theatre room.I'm not sure about living in a flat, but the townhomes are excellent and well-kempt and parking has yet to be an issue.The complex is surrounded by I75 as well as Medical City hospital so you can expect some noise - but it hasn't been bad as of yet.The staff have all been wonderful and I enjoy my interactions with them. |

| Recent Review: | | In my review I have found that this apartment complex is very substandard. The management is very unprofessional and rude. The actual apartments are infested with bugs and other wildlife such as spiders and lizards. Parking is a nightmare, and there is very little parking for visitors!Work orders go ignored and the overall look of the property is poor. It has allot of noise pollution from other residents. The price is affordable, (if you can stand living in such conditions). I think the main problems are the bugs,noise and RUDE management. |

| Recent Review: | | The management was great but the bugs were really a biiiiiig prob, even on the second floor. When I say bugs, I mean coakroches, ants, and then some. But the apt was really big, and very affordable; and the longer you stay with them the lower your rent gets. But again you'll have to weigh your options: bugs and a good priice, or no bugs somewhere else and a few more bugs somewhere else. |

| Recent Review: | | I lived in this apartment for 2.5 years. When I moved in, it was great. After changing owners, the property went to hell in a handbasket overnight.Repairs? Forget it. It will stay broken until you move. We had water leaking into one of the bedrooms, to the point the carpet and wall had molded over for 3 MONTHS. A repairman finally showed up to fix stuff the day I was moving! I'd turned in 4 maintenence requests with 10 or more items over a 6 month period!The roaches own the place. Your kitchen and bathrooms will be full of them no matter how immaculate you are. Once, we didnt cook for a week, bleached the kitchen to death (a usual thing) and the roaches still covered the counters after dark.I recently saw this place advertising extrememly low rent (March 2005). Out of curiosoty, I drove through one night after class. It has turned into a complete ghetto. People standing around outside, trash everywhere. Stay away.... no, run away from this place. |
