| Recent Review: | | I worked for Snug Harbor under Dial Equaties Managemnet I know personally how it is. I want to let anyone know who is looking for a job they will have a position opened in the next six months don't worry. They hire and fire their onsite personell every six months. Ask anyone who worked their and tried to go on vacation oops you get the pink slip. |

| Recent Review: | | well... some part of previous review is true. parking is a little bit crazy (as in... if u come in late... after 8/9p, all the best in finding parking). it has been better since they enforced towing. my friend's car got towed once. so yep, towing is now enforced thus you dont have to fight for space with ur neighbors' friends... just ur neighbors. management can be a little bit rude sometime... but so far i've had an ok experience with them. altho i do realized that it takes them a while to fix things. i do like the fact that this apt is near addison and rent is pretty decent for the area. it's very close to galleria... another plus. it's pretty safe here... but heard from the other neighbors that cars have been broken into (so, dont leave anything valuable in ur cars). otherwise, my 7-mo stay here has been an ok experience. |

| Recent Review: | | I lived at the Springs for 4 years and it was mostly a really great experience. Mostly thanks to Will and Karen, the apartment managers. | Recent Review: | | It's interesting to me that security is actually an option to choose in rating the apartments on this site. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AT ANY APARTMENT COMPLEX ANYWHERE. It'scrazy to think someone else would be responsible for the protection of your belongings. Crime is an issue in every city in America, Dallas is no exception. Read the reviews for several apartments on this site, almost all are negative. Hint - you can't please everyone - some people are not happy with themselves or anyone else, but they love to post one-sided intelligent messages on this site. |

| Recent Review: | | There are a lot of "colorful" people here. This place is swarming with them. Some of the trashiest people in Dallas must live here because there is always trash and litter on the property. I don't understand why someone would trash on the place where they live?I seem to only have 1 white neighbor. I really don't see many of my neighbors for very long, or often. This place obviously isn't very safe. There is always some sort of criminal mischief notice posted at least every 2 weeks.Parking in this place sucks ass! They do not provide adequate parking for the outer apartments so these people usually park on the street. Which I feel led to my car getting stolen a few days ago. I got my car back but still had to pay a lot to get it back up and running.The apartment is very drafty in the winter. I had to get a space heater to warm the floor area so my baby can play.Everything on the patio is covered in a thick layer of dust and there is a lot of outside noise from the tollway. Not to mention the jerks who blast that crappy bass music.This isn't the best place to raise a family or the safest place that is why we are getting out very soon.If a safe and quiet place to call home is what you are looking for, you may want to pass on Sutton Place Apartments. |

| Recent Review: | | The person that wrote the bad review for The Cliffs was actually pretty accurate.We've had a similar experience and had to deal with many silly littleproblems that shouldn't have even happened.The application process was ridiculous and I don't know how many times they called us to ask the exact same questions repeatedly.It's like they kept losing our information over and over.The only reason we kept working with them is because we know everyone makes mistakes.We got notices on our door more than once saying we hadn't paid our utilities, when in fact, we had.One of our remotes stopped working and each time we'd call the office, the staff would have a different story on when or if they'd be getting new remotes.One time I called and they told me to come to the office because there were new remotes, but when I got there she was mistaken.It's little things like this that make people frustrated, the simple things.But as far as I can tell, all of the staff has been replaced and it HAS gotten better.We've never had problems with maintenance or anything else.So, we've had our share of frustrations with this place, but things have changed.Thank goodness. |

| Recent Review: | | Well for statrers I have lived here gor 2 years now. We our on our 4th manager. Manager does not do anything except make promises and never come through. Parking in a naightmre. Cars are always getting towed. I had my car towed out of my own spot. Alot of noise manager do not take care of. Apartments are falling apart. old appliance that don't work. 70%or more are unhappy residents. Do your self a favor and do not move here. |
