| Recent Review: | | If you want to live at a place rented out to mostly young (21+ age policy), wealthy, attractive people, live at the Phoenix.Note: Hard to get in.I had to wait two months to get a two bedroom and a three bedroom was out of the question (apparantly the waitlist is huge)Oh and get a reserved space($25), the parking on your floor is sometimes hard to come by. |

| Recent Review: | | They handle everything horribly.They painted the bathroom stall so after I moved in, and after 2-3 showers the tub and soap dish started to peal.When I moved in the first time I opened my freezer the handle broke, it had been duck taped.It took them 9 months to fix it.They had to wait to order the part until they had a lot of parts to order.On the same night in October just after my husband's birthday, mine and his cars were broken into, they were parked two spaces apart.The management said, "That could happen any where."The gates never work, and when asked about it os of the management said, "That is because the mexicans keep ramming the gates, which breakes them."The only thing good there is Ariceli the leasing agent.She doesn't lie she give a good deal and helps you when ever she can. |

| Recent Review: | | Pros:You get a lot of square footage for cheap rent.All you pay for is electricity.Cons:Ever heard of something that's too good to be true?Parking/Neighborhood:They are at 11% occupancy. So parking is always available!However, it's a little scary at night.Management: They fail to return phone calls in a timely manner--that's if they even ever bother to return your phone call.Maintenance:Ever since we've moved in, we have had to put in a request EVERY week.They turn off our water without warning, for 3 days now this week, we have had no hot water, and sometimes the hot water comes out brown.Although the price is nice, and the apartments are newly rennovated, what's the point if management and maintenance are horrible!Please do yourself a favor and don't get sucked into the nice exterior.They get you after you sign the lease. |

| Recent Review: | | this apartment is okay. they are currently working on the area. the insides still need work. i have had problems with the interior and you end up doing more self improvement than you expected. the leasing people are friendly and they sometimes work with you. there is one peron though that works in the leasing office that seems to give alot of people problems. they are working on getting things under control like theft, noisem, and etc. close to school and they offer an afterschool program for the schol age children,. overall wydsor parc is okay but like i said still needs to improve on some other things. |
