| Recent Review: | | I absolutely love the Studio Place apartments. I've lived here for almost two years and I have no complaints as of yet. The maintenance is the promptest around (5 minutes or less) and the neighbors are friendly and helpful. I have recommended this to five other people who have moved in as well. |

| Recent Review: | | These apartments are overall a good value for the money.However, the carpet used to furnish these apartments is very cheap and there are metal staples that protrude out at all the carpet edges ...they can be quite hazardous and I have complained about this to office management but no one has responded to date. Icalled the main office again when i sustained a laceration of the sole of my foot...but still no response. |

| Recent Review: | | This apartment complex sucks. The Courtyards only care about money. They pair you up with people who you can not bare with. I have moved twice and still unhappy. It is also full with really crappy apartments! They never clean the apartment before you move in and they always lose your rent once you paid. Live in Sterling aka Uptown Apartments, the Arbors, anywhere else except for here. Ipromise you will be miserable living here! The only reason why I was here for 2 years because my plans fell through! DO NOT LIVE HERE! |

| Recent Review: | | I am a current resident here at uptown and i love it. The property is kept up and the staff in the office is nice. Since its all bills paid.. like all bills with no cap!!!... i can budget accordingly. I live here with all my friends and its a very social property! The office staff hosts events weekly and even gives us breakfast at the bus stop! It's been the best apt. ive ever lived in.. i say yes! |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived in westwind for two an a half years. I have never had problems with neighbors or security issues. I do pay for paid parking though, and my space ends up taken sometimes. This is the most fustrating part of living here. The management is very helpful and takes care of any maintenence issues that I have had ASAP |
