 Past year and a half has been absolutely terrible! New management took over and abasolutely refuses to address a huge noise problem. After a dozen complaints, nothing will be done. Several of our neighbors have moved and we are next! They havent moved out of the city or to a house..they moved to another apartment complex, So what does that tell you! Noise at all hours of the night, parties, drunks urinating in the parking lot and raising hell at 4am. Parking is a free-for-all, want two spaces, take it..just part across them. And about your rent, it's multiple choice every one of use were paying different rent for the same apartment. They post cardboard signs on the main drag " 2-bdroom $515/mo" and you wonder why we are getting more problems here....when they tell you market value is 625 or better?So after countless nights of no sleep, calling the police only to have them say "well it's up to the manager". This apartment was absolutely great when we got here (diff management) quiet, polite people as neighbors. This is the absolute worse manager I have encountered in the 14 years my wife and I have rented in three different cities across the US. I cannot believe that as large as the property owner is they do not know what is happening here now.
