| Recent Review: | | I lived in Las Ventanas for almost a year.Never again. Here are the reasons:1. I had in this time 14 scorpions in my apartment. The only thing that the office told me was that we live in a desert and we have to live with scorpions.Ok we live in the desert but i paid almost 700 $ per month, and for this money i don't have to live with scorions. Oh yeah and they called the pest control. But it didn't work.2. As I moved out they gave me a cleaning instructions list. The carpet has to had no staines in it. If the carpet has staines then I have to pay for this. Excuse me Las Ventanas, I lived there for almost a year and the carpet has to look like new? Well ok3. I paid 680 $ per month and we had almost the complete winter no jacuzzi. I always thought I pay this much money for a pool too.4. Every sunday morning between 8 and 9 a.m. came the maintenance guy with the trash. And the trashcans were extremely loud, especially on the speed bumper in front of my house. So I woke up every sunday morning between 8 and 9. Thank you Las Ventanas this is my weekend!5. I had a few problems with my door, and i told the office my problems. They said ok we'll send somebody over.Either nobody came or somebody came told me he needs a replacing part drove away and I've never seen him again.So I had 11 month a door problem.So that is everything that I have for the moment. | Recent Review: | | NOISY NOISY NOISY with probable drug deals....or at least you smell alot of mj.Maintenance is good, but lack knowledge.Management is inept. Although, they have a decent work out facility, comparable to a hotel's.I would never swim in the pools.Rent at your own risk. |
