 If you are willing to pay $80.00-$90.00 a month for water each month (2 adults & 2 children), then move here!Your water won't be metered to your actual usage, you'll pay what ever the office says you owe! You'll be at their mercy. Complaining to the office, LBK Management, or even the city won't help. It's the highest water cost in Euless!Also, The Landing does not reward their long term residents with any renewal incetives. Infact, I've lived here almost three years and I pay $100.00 more a month in rent than people who have moved in a year ago to present.I CAN'T WAIT TO MOVE!!!
