 The apartment is nice but the living room floorplan leaves little room for moving furniture around or having a large tv. The parking is horrible. Unless you have a garage or covered parking (which is extra) you have to fight for the open parking spots and normally you park far from where you reside. The gate has no code so you must purchase a clicker ($25) to get into your apt. You recieve one for free, but if you are married your spouse would need one too. Overall too expensive for what it is worth. And the highway 360 traffic is unbearable in the morning to leave the apartment and to crossover to get back to the apartment in the afternoon is horndous.
