| Recent Review: | | These are not the apartments for you.One Reason only, the AC and heat, are controlled by them.They turn on the AC middle of summer, and cutt it off end of Sept.You Will BURN.Lawn is kept fairly well, not noisy, ugly aparments, like a lime green color, if you ever see it, you'll know what I mean.Well I would reccommend anyone to move else, not there.Unless your young like me, and want to pay cheap rent, and and deal with a wonderfulLanlord, because she really was. I lived here for 6 months, and I had to go and i'm 20, along with my roommate who is 20.Make the decision yourself, |

| Recent Review: | | These apartments offer many resident activitys including bible studys, parents night out, pizze night, ect. This is a great place for children. They have a kiddy pool area, a playground, and an open field area for running and playing. Be careful driving through here though, there are children everywhere. They offer a fitness center, a walking group, and much more for adults also. This place is definitly worth checking out. |

| Recent Review: | | The new staff keeps the office open and is very helpful.We have seen many improvements to the condition of the property.I live next to the fountains and love the landscaping.Maintenance is quick and always repsonds to my requests.I would recommend this apartment complex to my family and friends. |

| Recent Review: | | If you are willing to pay $80.00-$90.00 a month for water each month (2 adults & 2 children), then move here!Your water won't be metered to your actual usage, you'll pay what ever the office says you owe! You'll be at their mercy. Complaining to the office, LBK Management, or even the city won't help. It's the highest water cost in Euless!Also, The Landing does not reward their long term residents with any renewal incetives. Infact, I've lived here almost three years and I pay $100.00 more a month in rent than people who have moved in a year ago to present.I CAN'T WAIT TO MOVE!!! |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived at Norstar at Bear Creek for 4 years and really miss the old staff.The manager that was here when I moved in was amazing she always did what she said and I never had to call over and over.Joanna was a really nice lady and seemed like the staff was happy.Now when you go to the office everyone is grumpy and rude.And what happened to Reagan??? She was there, then she was gone, then she was there, and now she is gone.. Nobody knows what is going on up there.BRING BACK THE OLD STAFF THEY WERE AWESOME!!!! |

| Recent Review: | | This apartment sucks!Looks are decieving, but dont do it.I do not feel safe and there are tons of kids running wild in the street.The walls are so thin that you can hear everything.I live on the 2nd floor and when the maintenance crew sprays water on the 3rd floor it leaks down my wall onto my couch.The wall contains many electrical wires-so the apt could catch fire.The management sucks!!The girls in the office are very rude.If you park in the back between apt 7 and 8 and it rains your car will flood.Also if you choose to live here, which I hope you dont, do not pick the back.The train runs every hour and it is so loud.They dont fix the broken equiptment in the weight room either.The apt is also section 8 housing, which they dont tell you.This place is ghetto.Also if you have a problem dont call the office, it does no good. |

| Recent Review: | | I live in Parc Plaza for over a year and overall it was good.I think the apartments need some updating but thats it.The staff there is a 10!They are really friendly.They keep up the property really well.There are a mix of people that live there but I think the majority is middle aged singles.I recommend it! |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived here almost a year and will be leaving as soon as the lease is up this is a poorly run place and it is getting dangerous.1. There have been assaults in the parking lot but the gate has not worked but about a week since I have been here2. They have never been able to get a repair done the first time.3. Cars are broken into weekly.4. Two apartments had the doors kicked in this past week and manager has not been able to get over to take pictures so the doors haven't been repaired.How does that excuse sound to you? |
