 I lived in Coffee Creek two years ago, and just moved back.It is under new ownership and they seem to be sprucing the place up a bit.The front office looks really nice, they have improved the work out facility.They have also hired new landscapers and they seem to be making the grounds a lot nicer.The office staff has been helpful so far, and i can say that I am happy with my apartment.I had a bug problem, but they were fast to send an exterminator and I did some spraying/fogging of my own.I would reccommend so far!!
