 If you want to avoid problems don't even stop and ponder whether you would like to live there. At first everything seems nice but stay a while and live the chaos I am still living now even though I already moved out!

To start, ANTS, yes, ANTS! It doesn't matter how good you clean, they are ALWAYS there. You want to know how bad the problem is? Well, does it mean anything if they have a weekly extermination?

Not only that, but the doors on the cabinets seem to be falling out, the kitchen has stains all over, the carpet is old. The apartments are a need of a makeover!

Until about a few months ago, there were no security guards. Although that hasn't stopped the loud drinking & partying (underage ?)in the parking lot during the night. Car alarms wake you up during the night, making you constantly look out the door to see if it is yours. That is, if you were lucky enough to catch a parking spot by your apartment! The noise level is unbearable, especially during the first nights, you can complain but it doesn't go away, like us, you have to ?learn? to ignore it. These are just a few problems you will face if you chose this dreadful place.

Now, moving on to the 'customer service', hmmm, what customer service?!? When I looked at the apartments, I was given all the attention of the world...etc...But once I moved in, the employees were not the same people, neither were their attitudes. Once my rent was lost and of course I was accused of non-payment! When I confronted and proved my innocence to the office staff there was no sorry or apology. Plus they post your notices & memos, on your door so everyone can see your business! That is very unprofessional and even though I requested it not to be that way, it continued throughout my stay. The office staff is poorly trained and thinks they have some kind of power over the tenants.

When there is a problem they ignore you all they can but when they want your $$$ they?ll get you! Oh yeah, the problems don?t stop once you leave Cypress, they follow you! You are invoiced for just about anything they can think of and then give you 10 Days, to pay or they will turn it in to a collection agency! The worst part is that they wait 3 days before you need to pay for them to mail it. You get billed 2 or 3 times what you paid before for water and utilities and you only make it worse by complaining.

I just want to give you a heads up of what to expect at Cypress Springs, don?t be fooled like we were. Document everything, read the contract thoroughly, make sure you get everything you are promised in writing, complain until the manager & her staff listen.

If anyone knows of where we can file a complaint with a superior, please pass on the information.
