| Recent Review: | | This is a very nice apartment complex but I would have to give it a 50-50 shot of making someone happy.It took us 2 weeks and three people to get our application through.Every day we were told that they had everything only to be called two hours later by a different person to be told that they needed something else.Also, if you are planning on getting to the highway from here it is an additional 10 minutes during any type of rush to go the .5 of a mile.The traffic is horrid. |

| Recent Review: | | I lived there for 7 long years.When I 1st lived there it was great!Then...new management.Ever since then the management was either not there or horrid.Getting anything fixed there was awful.In the summer it took 4 days to get my air fixed once.That is ridiculous! I had to stay somewhere else. The gates they have work 10 percent of the time maybe. When I called AMLI corporate they never called back, or they called back over a week later.BIG help there!I am so incredibly glad to be out of there!!!Our cars were broken into twice.People would dig in the trash there and go through it. They would take bags out of it every night!There were break ins to the apartments, snakes, roaches, etc. I would never ever suggest or recommend AMLI to anyone.I will though make sure people know how horrible it is there.The other review on here must be from AMLI. |

| Recent Review: | | The service here is awefull to say the least. The people in the office are rude, when you go into the office you have to stand there for at least 10 minutes before they will even acknowledge that you are there. Then they act like they're doing you a favor for helping you. There is black mold everywhere, especially in building 13 which is supposedly sinking because they built inon top of an underground river!!!Management seems to make up rules as they go. Even though they have gates at the front of the apartment they are never shut, especially on weekends, what kind of security is that. The apartment personel do not give you notice that their coming into your apartment, I once was right in the middle of act with my spouse when the maintenance guy knocked once then opened the door with the master key!!! How pissed. I can?t wait till my lease run out. |

| Recent Review: | | I could write 10 page review and I would still just barely scratch the surface.The maintaince is horrible, the Complex aspect of customer service is null. Things you will experince when you live here will be, rudeness, lies, fined for outlandish reasons. You will have your car towed atleast once for what ever reason (mine I was half in half out of a handicap, AND my inspection sticker was out for a month. I was towed TWICE) You will have to fight over parking spots, as there are not enough and whats funny is they do NOT tow visitors who are parked in the wrong place. Seems they only like towing their tenants. You can expect horrible living quarters, out dated, paint on everything, including all light fixtures, wall sockets, door knobs etc. Expect to see old rotting wood in the kitchen, and BUGS GALORE! Expect double standards when it comes to emergency calls, expect them to never come out when they are called and when they do finally make it they say they fix the problem but it goes unrepaired. Expect to be doing alot of work yourself! You live here you will not stay once your lease is up. I have seen inner city motels in better shape then this place. Its a nightmare.. STAY AWAY !!! |

| Recent Review: | | We are leaving our townhome a month early and paying double rent for a month just to get out of here.Our car has been broken into three times, our A/C has been "fixed" four times and still doesn't work.We have severe mold and water damage in the bathroom where my fiance actually put his hand through the shower wall from leaning on it the mold has taken such bad effect.Their response was to patch the hole.Maintanence tries but has no training and is a tenent that does the maintenance in his spare time.My oven smokes and smells like fumes but after two notices no one has been out to look at it still.There are fire ants in the front yard and major bugs in every inch of the apartment no matter how many times we bomb.These look nice at first glance but look out for cover ups to mold and bugs hiding in cabinets.The front office is horrible so don't expect them to ever help. |

| Recent Review: | | I lived in Coffee Creek two years ago, and just moved back.It is under new ownership and they seem to be sprucing the place up a bit.The front office looks really nice, they have improved the work out facility.They have also hired new landscapers and they seem to be making the grounds a lot nicer.The office staff has been helpful so far, and i can say that I am happy with my apartment.I had a bug problem, but they were fast to send an exterminator and I did some spraying/fogging of my own.I would reccommend so far!! |

| Recent Review: | | Rosmario80 is absolutely right on.There is nothing about this complex that is good except the cheap rent.And you know what they say, you get what you pay for.Pay an extra 50 dollars and go somewhere you can get the help you need and deserve.After all, this is your HOME!!!!!I lived there for six months to long, and I am still hearing from them.When I moved in the carpet had oil stains and holes in it.There was a roach in the dirty tub.It was disgusting!!!!When I left I cleaned everything throughly and now they are charging me for NOT cleaning.The apartment looked better when I moved out than when I moved in.The only thing good about this complex was the maintance people are great if you have an issue and something needs to be fixed they are able to help.Alsobe sure you go to the office on move out and fill out your report saying that you moved out and everything is clean and ready to go for the next person.It's YOUR responsibility to know that because somewhere in the fine print it states that if you don't they are able to take you for whatever they feel is necessary.Do yourself a favor and go across the street to another complex.P.S. Your full size washer/dryer units will NOT fit in the place they are supposed to. |
