| Recent Review: | | I liked the apartment but the parking is horrible! I have to park on the street because I get off work later than everone that lives there, and if you are wanting a quiet place to rest when you come home this is definately not the place to be. There are a ton of children that are very rowdy and they mow the lawn with loud weedeaters almost every other day. Other than that its ok. |

| Recent Review: | | This is a wonderful complex.Whenever I go to the office I am greated with a smile by our Manager.She has a great personality and even keeps cookies and cokes in the office for residents and guests.She has also started a food pantry.You should check out this place.You will love it. |

| Recent Review: | | I signed a year lease and i got out in 6 mths.The staff is not so freindly.There is one person in particular.The walls are thin as can be.You can here the water from the shower to someone running the sink water.I was on the bottom floor and you can hear every move the person who lives above you makes.Kids are running around everywhere.The only good thing about this place is the maintance lady Jannette. |

| Recent Review: | | I LOVE my apartment... Its literally a 45-second drive to Downtown FW & the amazing things Downtown FW has to offer.. Its an OLD HIGH SCHOOL built in 1909 w/ Concrete Floors & exposed brick.. There is an asian inspired atruim built into the middle of the building, TOO COOL.. Priced to reflect the transitional Fort Worth South renovation area, this is a HOT property w/ a chance to experience Loft Lift at a great price... And NO, im am not a spokesperson, but they should be paying me for all the Lofts theyve rented to my friends! |

| Recent Review: | | This complex is great.As if location isn't enough, the staff is very friendly, helpful, and on top of maintenance issues.My home is across the street from the elementary, a laundry facilty is on location and across the street, a convenience store, and to top it off the city bus line picks up across the street also.I am in a wheel chair and on SSI.The rent is not only in range of my income, yet I feel as if I am living in a luxury location. |

| Recent Review: | | Not one of your worst low renters. They have made property improvements, exterminate on a regular basis. You have to share a pool with the adjacent complex also owned by same. The one on the immediate property is just for looks. If this changes by summer I'll update, but this has been the case for several years now. There is street improvement now that the nice Sunview Addition is coming along just south of the complex. The dumpsters have been moved away from the street and to the interior of the property so watch out for nails, screws, and broken glass. There's a city park real close if you have kids. The schools are the best here as opposed to Fort Worth ISD. Car burglaries happen, but that's gonna be about anywhere. |

| Recent Review: | | I love the apartments. I think they are very decent with thier rent for these extremely nice apartments but My roommate have been here for 5 months now and we are late with the months rent and we talked to the landlady but she is still evicting us. We are two single mothers with nowhere to go and although that is not an excuse as to why we do not have rent it would seem she would have a little compassion. |

| Recent Review: | | I was warned before I moved in but I did not listen and I paid for it.The manager (Jennifer) is extremely unprofessional and if you have a problem don't expect them to help.On top of that there is vandalism, burgulary, speeding in the parking lot, and no parking.The best part of living here was moving out.Moving in I was told that I could buy a fan and they would install it.When I called to have it installed I was informed (in a loud yelling tone) that it was not an emergency and they would install it at some point.When it was finally installed my living room was re arranged and a plate was broken because I could not prove it I was not paid for the item....the installed fan before I move out would occasionally shoots out sparks. |

| Recent Review: | | While there kids would just run around the parking lots yelling, running infront of cars, throwing rocks and balls at each other and hitting the cars.We would complain to managment several times - they didn't do anything.It took over a year to fix a flashing problem that would water stain our ceiling everytime it rained.It took threatening to report them for them to fix it.The work out equipment is almost always broken.It took them about 6 months to fix a treadmill.When we finally moved out, they told us the cleaning fee would be $85but billed us for $75 extra and $45 more in bogus clean-up fees.We are currently reporting Rockwood Capital and Retreat to the BBB for fraud and bad business practices.Stay away!!! |
