| Recent Review: | | it is absolutly non exsistant! We have repeatedly told them of water damage for over a month now and they have said they would get out here to look at it , but nothing happens. Several of my neibors have told me similar stories of not getting anthing done. The advise I get is to threaten moving out, but it shouldnt have to get to that point. |

WE LIVED ON THE 2ND FLOOR AND EVERYTIME IT WOULD RAIN, IT WOULD RAIN ON US IN THE MASTER BEDROOM!! THEY WOULD SAY THEY FIXED IT BUT ALL THEY DID WAS PLASTER THE CEILING INSTEAD OF FIXING THE ROOF. THEY HAVE MUTANT BUGS, NO PARKING, AND GHETTO MANAGERS. DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET TAKEN FOR YOUR MONEY! |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived here for months now and never had a problem. I am actually about to move my Sister and her daughter into there own apartment here cause I think it is that safe! Never had problems with staff...they have taken great care of me. I would recomend these apartments to anyone. |

| Recent Review: | | I belive we have a great manager at Warren House. She is always there when yuo need her. When she is off I do not go in the office. I have lived here about 3 years. They have changed management a couple of times. I wish they would stop. The staff is nice. The place would be quiet if we didn't have Peppertree or Sierra Trails residents coming over here. Other than that I recommend Warren House. |

| Recent Review: | | I moved from westridge apartments in December 2004. The aparments changes management as often as you change underwear. They cannot keep track of what happens with the previous management or in-between. I paid a $50 deposit, after I moved I was told that I owed a water bill of $50.13. I talked to Heather Stone who told me that her "computer" does not show that I paid the deposit. I sent her a copy of the check that showed I paid the deposit. She still denied the check was for a deposit. So I wrote a complaint to the better business bureau explaining to them how I'm getting ripped of by this people. Never move there, you will get ripped off. They will charge you at least 1/4 of your rent in water bills per month. And don't try talking to them about it because they will not listen to you. I called their main office (Lynd Corporation) and I left several messages to the people that run the apartment but they never called. Higher management will not do you any good, if they're all about looking for ways to rip you off. Do you think that you will get that deposit back? Regardless of how well you keep your apartment they will not give you the deposit back. Their water bills is 3-4 months old, so when you leave the apartment after your lease is up, you still owe 3-4 months worth of water bills. Keep looking for other apartments, that are not owned by Lynd Corporation. |
