						Recent Review: The negatives of this apartment complex are few.1) No cable tv only satellite2) Parking can get quite bad at night3) Walls are thin and you will hear stomping all through the night on occasion4) Small Living rooms and low shower pressure.5) Only one garbage area and it overflows into the street area quite often because trash pickup is only twice a weekAlot of Positives1) Nice carpet and beautiful walls and molding2) Big bathrooms3) Giant Balconies4) Quality Maintenance service5) Never any mold or insect problems6) Quality washer and dryers7) The management never comes in to check apartments unless you ask them to (great privacy).
