| Recent Review: | | I lived in Stewart Creek for two years.At first I was very pleased with the apartment and the management.However about one month before I was moving out, a pipe ruptured under the kitchen sink sending water all over the apartment.This in itself is not their fault.The problem is I was out of town when it happened and if my kind neighbors had not intervened my cat probably would have escaped when the workers were in there slinging all of my possessions around to save their carpet and property.They left all the doors open for some time and the neighbors grabbed my cat and took her to their apartment.Also, the workers apparentlythrew other belongings all over the place and knocked things over resulting in thousands of dollars in damage to my personal belongings (many things would not have been damaged if they had simply placed things on the bed or on the sofas/chairs).The office seemed less than concerned for my property and began acting very shady toward me- my reply was to become extremely angry over the phone, which was not my usual behavior, but I felt totally backed into a corner with them.Then, they had an enormous warehouse size fan brought in to dry everything down- one day I smelled an electrical smell and realized it was the same fan so I unplugged it and contacted the office to report it.They acted like I had done the worst thing ever.Fortunately, I had renter's insurance and the adjustor admitted to me that he had never seen things so thrown around in his life and that he could tell by the type of things that were damaged that I was not the type to live in a pig stye.Please do not consider living at Stewart Creek, I know someone living there now and I wish that I had known in advance they were moving in I would have tried to intervene. |

| Recent Review: | | I almost leased at this place. The apartments themselves are very nice looking but the people are completely awful. I called the management company headquarters to let them know how I was treated but they didn't seem to care much either. I've made the decision to stay away and thought I'd share my experience. |
