 Tends to be quiet here, with friendly people.3 swimming pools, so when one is closed, there are usually 2 others to go to.Trash is a problem, but that's more the tenants than the management.When the various trash bins get full, tenants just dump the trash outside the bin, and it looks horrible.But, trash pick up is 3 days a week, sometimes 4.

No flooding which is great, as well.Management is friendly and helpful, as is the maintenance staff.
