| Recent Review: | | The management is terrible, old ladies who could care less about the residents.Very expensive for the area and for what you get.The gym equipment is old and usually broken.Power lines over the parking so your vehicle gets pooped on, on a daily basis.Thin walls and poorly constructed apartments.Insect problems galore.If something brakes or needs maintnace, take a ticket and wait about a week.The residents definitly do not come first here.Don't make the mistake I did. |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived at Lakeside at Campeche for two years.I like the property, but the managment has been less than acceptable - particulary on a professional level.Recently, you had offered Amy Burzinski a job as Asst. Manager and I understand that she decided not to accept.Amy is more than capable of mananging a 300 unit property.I have seen Amy's book about the Property Managment Company she owned in Kansas City Missouri - she had 1,400 properties under her management and also provided a variety of other services including seminars to new investors, management seminars .. the list goes on you should ask to see the book.Amy is calm, professional and can deal with chaos. My point is that Linda can NOT handle her job as manager.I and a few other residents walked in within the past week and asked "how's it going" Linda responded "I"m frazzled, I"m going crazy, I have so much to get done"This should not be told to a resident - it makes us feel as though she has no control.Linda also does not present herself in a professional manner - dress or in speech.She is known to be extremely rude to residents as well. Karin is a definite asset - she is always pleasant, smiling, professional and if she is stressed you wouldn't know it.Making Karin Asst. Manager will most likely prove to be a good decision.As for Linda - I think you need to reconsider if she can handle the stress of the job - she knows her job, but can not organize and remain calm about what she needs to accomplish and this comes across loud and clear to us residents.There are ten of us who compiled this message.You should really try to get Amy Burzinski back in the office in a capacity of power and decision making. |

| Recent Review: | | Good sized apartments with reasonable rent.The "good" stops there.Poor management, terrible parking and my car has been broken into twice in less than a year.You pay for a gated community, but for the last 6 months both gates have been broken and are standing wide open.The stairwells are falling apart.The plaster is falling off the ceilings, the metal stairs and handrails have rusted almost completely through and there is paint all over the concrete.Maintenance does not exist.It usually takes about a month and 4-5 phone calls to get anything done.I would NOT recommend anyone live here. |

| Recent Review: | | Loved this place! We were here for 2+ years and the whole time the entire staff has always been great. They took care of any maintenance problems either the same day or the following day. I had new carpet when I moved in and they shampooed it every 6 months. The property is good for dogs. It offers a large area to walk them and play with them. We only moved when my husband got a job transfer out of town or we would still be there. We even got all of our deposit refunded. Cheers to Residence at West Beach Staff. |
