| Recent Review: | | SLUMS! 90% mexican, 5% black, 5% white. Drunk mexicans laying on the ground, the few mexican males that speak english have made crude sexual comments to my wife and our 5 year old daughter, let me repeat that, our 5 YEAR OLD daughter. Horns honking 24 hours a day, loud music from cars and apartments, drug deals just outside our windows. Swimming pools are always green and slimey, lights have never work, if you swim close by the lights they come completely out and float in the water with the wires exposed. Apartments are falling apart. Trash on the ground. The maintenance men here are incredible and they really try to do a great job, but they get no support from the slum-lord owners or brain-dead management. |

| Recent Review: | | If you think this place looks nice on the outside BEWARE it is not that great inside - and the rats, roaches and mice love to eat the food you have!!! Pest control sucks! The staff are rude and incompetent and the management company doesn't care!Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to live. |

| Recent Review: | | Security: pretty secure, but often found local highschool students smoking weed under stairs close to my apt.Parking: highly enforced parking rules. If you ever have a visitor, they must walk long distances if they do not want their car towed. Cops walk around and check all cars constantly. They will tow!Appearance/Upkeep: fanatic about dogs, freak out if your dog accidently goes to the bathroom in a non-designated area, while walking to the right area. They will come out of the office and yell at you.Management and office staff: maintenance guy super friendly. Jane, the manager, single handedly the reason I am moving out. Mean.Condition of unit: Good.Noise level: had a couple problems with spousal abuse between neighbors, pretty scary. Also had a neighbor, mean old guy in a wheelchair tell me off for having a boyfriend come over too frequently. Is that his business anyway? Stay away from him. Plus, right next to the highschool, so if you like to awake to band practice on the football field, this is your place.Overall: nice place if you have a high tolerance for rude and annoying people who don't like animals. |
