| Recent Review: | | Originally attracted to Cross Creek because of the exterior appearance and wooded area.Turns out, the area is void of all modern conveniences, ie a grocery store, gym, bank.Location is not convenient to anything.Mall traffic is a hassle.Neighbors are inconsiderate and refuse to clean up after their pets.I can't even walk through the grass from my apartment to the fitness center without stepping is dog droppings.I have had several guests comment, as you see dog droppings in the grass along the sidewalk to my apartment.It is quite embarrassing, especially when there is a large pile of crap on the SIDEWALK (which, much to my amazement, happens occasionally).And, as you might imagine, it usually smells unpleasant. Dog droppings usually do.It is just a little unpleasant, especially when we have guests over to grill on the patio during the summer.Talk about embarrassing...Issue has been brought to the attention of management with no action taken.Management's solution is to send letter after letter to our building asking tenants to clean up (6 letters to date, and I have lived here 7 months).Obviously not working...if the apartment manager would return a call, I would love to tell her that.I have left numerous messages for the apartment manager, still have yet to talk to her...Although maintenance issues are resolved immediately (and they are numerous), management is not willing to discuss recurring problems with tenants.The rest of the leasing staff is accomodating, but far from friendly.I usually sense that I am putting them out when I enter the office for any reason.Noise is unbearable.The air conditioning unit is outside my bedroom window and there are nights when I actually have to sleep on the couch, it is so loud.We can hear our neighbor's TV below us.We hear the pipes in our building.During the summer, the radio PA system at the pool was left on almost every night, and we can hear it clearly inside our apartment.The complex is gated, which is completely pointless...the gates are broken and stuck open every other day.Gates tend to give people a false sense of security anyway.Sugar ants are everywhere.We are very clean and rarely even use the kitchen enough to have excess food that would attract ants.We have bait traps everywhere, in the bathroom, bedrooms and kitchen.Real attractive.Electric bill is high, heating is inconsistent (bedrooms get HOT while living room stays cool).Tempurature is hard to regulate.Unfortunately, my lease is not up for another 5 months... NOT SOON ENOUGH!!!I can't wait to move out, and I would never ever recommend this complex to anyone. |

| Recent Review: | | This apartment complex was awesome in the beginning. We lived at the Mansions for 3 years. But we have to say that since themanager has changed and new staff members have been employed the joy of dealing with a very supportive manager and team has gone. The quality of treatment of the tenants and the type of people that have moved into this complex has also deteriorated considerably. The security at this complex has vanished since the gate system never works and the police have enforced some drug busts on property lately. |

| Recent Review: | | I hadn't lived in an apartment in 30+ years so I wasn't sur e what to expect.The people at Mustang Ridge are fabulous and I would definately suggest rental to any new customers! |

| Recent Review: | | Do not lease from this company. The management will not take your word for anything you tell them. I had a bad expereice with an issue that I had informed them verbally and they said that they were never informed. |
