 The hardest thing is not having a dishwasher.When I first moved in it was all bills paid including electric.After one month they changed it.I now pay almost 150.00 a month for a 700 sq. ft apartment that has no dishwasher, no washer and dryer and only one outlet in the kitchen. I had a 1400 sq. ft. apartment prior and my electric bill was not even that high.I moved here to save some money and it has costed me more. Also the AC units put out so much dust if you have allergies you will start to get sick and stay sick.The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything if you have neighbors.Also good luck ever geting hot water.The boiler doesn't heat at all.You may get to take a 2 min. hot shower.If you want to take a hot bath you will have to boil your water and put it in the tub.The owners are two brothers who do not want to put any money into the property, which it desperatelyneeds.There has been over 4 managers in 6 months also.
